The Samson Ddungu Foundation is a Ugandan non-profit organization dedicated to supporting orphans, youth with special needs, the elderly, and vulnerable communities through education, vocational training, healthcare, and community outreach programs.

All donations made through our website are voluntary contributions to support our charitable programs. Donations are processed in US dollars or Ugandan shillings through our payment partners.

Donations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. We issue donation receipts upon request for tax and record-keeping purposes.

Online donations are processed through third-party payment providers, including SwApp (SwApp Mobile Money), which enables mobile money and card payments in Uganda. By donating, you agree to SwApp's terms of service and privacy policy. The Samson Ddungu Foundation is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in payment processing caused by SwApp or any other payment processor.

5. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
