1. About Your Donation

Thank you for your generosity. Every donation you make to the Samson Ddungu Foundation supports our charitable programs, including education for orphans, vocational training for youth with special needs, medical camps for the elderly, and community development across Uganda.

Donations are unrestricted charitable gifts unless you specify otherwise, and they are used where they are needed most to advance our mission.

2. Donation Processing

Online donations are accepted through our website via secure payment channels, including SwApp (SwApp Mobile Money), which allows supporters in Uganda to pay using mobile money or cards. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely by our payment partners.

You will receive a donation confirmation by email after a successful transaction.

3. Refunds

Because donations are charitable gifts intended to support our programs immediately, all donations are final and non-refundable once processed.

We are unable to issue refunds except in the following limited circumstances:

• A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
• A payment was charged for an incorrect amount due to a system error.
• A transaction failed but funds were still deducted.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under these circumstances, please contact us at info@samsondungufoundation.org within 14 days of the donation date with your transaction details.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the donation. Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, subject to the processing times of SwApp or the relevant payment processor. The Samson Ddungu Foundation is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5. Canceling Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring donation, you may cancel it at any time by contacting us or through your SwApp/mobile money settings. Cancellation will stop future charges but will not result in a refund of donations already processed.

6. Receipts

We provide donation receipts upon request. Please email info@samsondungufoundation.org with your name, donation date, and amount to request a receipt for your records.
